1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "365 live" refers to the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at 365live.app, including all games, betting markets, accounts, promotions and support services offered therein.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a Player for the purpose of accessing 365 live services.
• "Balance" means the current total of a Player's available PKR funds held within their 365 live Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any PKR credit awarded to a Player as part of a promotion or incentive that is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by 365 live in compliance with its licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the 365 live platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the independently certified algorithmic system determining outcomes in non-live casino games on the platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting products, live dealer games, promotional features and customer support services provided through 365 live.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of real-money PKR bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain a 365 live Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. 365 live operates an 18+ policy strictly and without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, foundations and other legal structures may not hold a 365 live Account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from 365 live or from gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion programme currently in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of a household of an employee or contractor of 365 live or any of its affiliated game suppliers.
• You must not have had a previous 365 live Account closed by 365 live due to a breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration

When registering a 365 live Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your legal name, Pakistan mobile number and date of birth.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Register only one Account. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or use another person's identity or payment details.
• Create and maintain a strong, unique password for your 365 live Login and not share your credentials with any other person.

365 live reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. 365 live will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 365 live immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4Account Verification (KYC)

365 live is required under its international gambling licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Players. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time 365 live deems it necessary.

Acceptable KYC documents for Pakistan players typically include:

• Valid Pakistan Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistan Passport — biographical data page
• Proof of Pakistan mobile number ownership (if registration mobile is the primary identifier)
• Proof of payment method ownership for the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used to deposit

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 365 live may place a temporary hold on Account funds during an active KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to 365 live Accounts must be made using supported PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, MCB Bank, SadaPay and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. 365 live does not charge deposit fees. You may be responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name that has been used for at least one prior deposit. Withdrawals must be processed using the same method as the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific conditions.

365 live does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times vary by method: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your Pakistan bank's processing schedule.

365 live reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal of 50,000 PKR or above, or any withdrawal that triggers an AML review under the platform's compliance framework.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 365 live are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not convert or display balances in foreign currencies. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

365 live offers bonuses and promotional credits to Pakistan players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as determined by 365 live at its sole discretion. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit requirements, account status, geographic location or activity level.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not meeting the requirement within the specified window will be forfeited automatically.
• 365 live reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering obligations already in progress for affected Players.
• Abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using low-risk wagering strategies specifically to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available through 365 live — including live dealer games, RNG casino titles, sports betting markets and speciality games — are governed by the individual game or product rules published on the platform in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the game-specific rule is more restrictive.

• All bets must be placed within the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the relevant game or market at the time of wagering.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 365 live system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology and are not influenced by the platform, its staff or any external party.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studios. 365 live's determination of the outcome displayed on the stream is final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that prevents a proper outcome from being determined, 365 live will cancel affected bets and return the relevant PKR stake to the Player's Account.
• Sports betting markets offered on 365 live are subject to their own product-specific terms, including settlement rules for abandoned matches, walkover decisions and results later changed by governing sports bodies.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365 live platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming bonuses, exploiting promotions or circumventing any restriction applied to your primary Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted systems or any other technology that automates betting activity without genuine human decision-making for each individual bet.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt play or any activity that manipulates a sporting event or game outcome in a manner that provides an unfair advantage in betting markets on 365 live.
• Collusion between Players at the same live dealer table or in the same game session — including sharing of cards, coordinating bet placement or communicating with the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering or proceeds of unlawful activity, or using 365 live as a mechanism to launder funds.
• Providing false or misleading KYC documentation, impersonating another person or using another person's payment method.
• Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities in, or disrupt the 365 live platform, its servers, databases, games or payment systems.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 365 live support staff, other players, game dealers or any other person through platform communication channels.

9Responsible Gaming

365 live is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that while the overwhelming majority of Pakistan players use the platform for entertainment, a small proportion of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour. 365 live provides the following tools to help all players maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit caps. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications after a set session duration to prompt reflection on continued play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 365 live platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months and is enforced immediately upon request. Contact [email protected] or live chat to activate.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 365 live platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 365 live or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365 live platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any 365 live content without prior written consent from 365 live.

All game content provided through third-party studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 365 live for platform use. Players have no intellectual property rights over any game content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365 live shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of PKR winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, even where 365 live has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the 365 live platform, including those caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications failures affecting Pakistan networks, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by genuine technical malfunctions where the malfunction is promptly identified and affected bets are cancelled and returned to the Player's PKR balance.
• The actions, errors or omissions of third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL or any other payment method supported by the platform.
• Any tax liability or reporting obligation you may incur under Pakistan law as a result of winnings received from the 365 live platform. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 365 live's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

12Account Suspension & Termination

365 live reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• Regulatory, licensing or legal requirement.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable dormant account provisions.

Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 365 live reserves the right to withhold the balance pending resolution of the breach and any associated investigation.

You may close your 365 live Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after all active wagering requirements are completed or forfeited.

13Amendments to These Terms

365 live reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by publishing the updated Terms on the 365 live website and, where appropriate, notifying registered Pakistan players via the contact details held on file.

Your continued use of the 365 live platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account.

The "Effective" date at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. The version published on the 365 live website at any given time is the authoritative current version.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365 live holds its international gambling licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 365 live platform, you agree to first contact the 365 live support team to seek informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 365 live's licensing authority. 365 live will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by the relevant authority and will abide by its final determination.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
